Once your special order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned. By placing a special order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
3. Prices

4. Delivery
Delivery is chargeable to all destinations, with charges shown on the shopping cart page.
4.1 Delivery Timeframes: Delivery dates provided by the Company are estimates and are not guaranteed. While the Company makes every effort to ensure prompt delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If delivery is not made within 30 days of order placement (or as otherwise agreed), the Customer may be entitled to a refund under UK consumer law.
4.2 Liability for Damage: The Customer must inspect goods upon delivery and report any damage, defects, or discrepancies to the Company within 48 hours. In the event of damage during transit, the Company will either replace the goods or issue a refund, provided that the Customer retains all packaging and submits proof of the damage.
4.3 Failed Deliveries and Charges: If the Customer fails to accept delivery after two attempts, additional charges may apply for re-delivery. These charges will be clearly communicated before any further delivery attempts are made. Changes to the delivery address after dispatch will incur a £10 fee to cover administrative and courier costs.
4.4 Ownership and Risk: Ownership of the goods transfers to the Customer only after full payment has been received. However, the risk of damage or loss passes to the Customer upon delivery.
4.5 Carrier Information: Orders are dispatched using trusted carriers, including Royal Mail, DPD, and FedEx. For urgent or Saturday deliveries, additional charges apply and must be selected at checkout or arranged in advance.
4.6 Non-Delivery: If the Customer has not received their order within 7 working days of receiving the dispatch email, the Customer must contact the Company immediately. Failure to do so may limit the Company’s ability to resolve the issue.
5. Damage in Transit/Shortages/Incorrect Items
The Company will repair or replace free of charge goods damaged in transit provided that the Company receives written notification of such damage within two days of delivery. Goods received in a damaged or unsatisfactory condition must be signed for as such. On receipt, goods should be checked with the advice note enclosed with the goods. Shortage/Incorrect Item claims will only be considered if the Company receives written notification of such shortage within 24 hours of delivery, failing which no liability will be admitted. The packing and contents should be retained for inspection.
6. Cancellations
The Customer has no right of cancellation of an order, in whole or in part, except with the Company’s consent. The Company reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% when cancellation of an order has been agreed.
7. Transfer of Property
The goods shall remain the property of the Company until the Company has received payment in full for the goods. The Customer will not pledge, charge, or otherwise encumber the goods until the payment has been made in full.
8. Return of Goods
Goods to be returned must be notified to the Company within two days of receipt by the Customer, as goods correctly supplied may not be returned without the Company’s agreement. Goods to be returned must be unused, in their sealed state, and suitable for resale. Return costs are to be covered by the Customer. We advise proof of sending/tracking. The Company will not accept any responsibility until signed for and received. Please include a packing note stating the Company invoice/order number and date together with the reason for return. A maximum restocking charge of 20% may be imposed.
9. Data Protection
The Customer agrees that the Company may put their name and other details obtained from the order form into a computerized database for the Company’s use and to enable the Company to provide the Service unless the Customer gives specific written instructions to the contrary.

11. Images
Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. Due to differences in device screens/monitors, the colors of products may also appear different from those shown on the site. Product packaging may change without notice. The Customer is advised to contact the Company should they have questions about the products they have received if they differ explicitly from what is shown on the product page(s).
12. Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Returns
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. Much of the UK’s WEEE ends up in landfill, where the lead and other toxins it contains can cause soil and water contamination.
This can have a harmful effect on natural habitat, wildlife, and also human health. We offer a free "take-back" service for any item covered (such as machine polishers) under the WEEE regulations when you make an equivalent purchase from us.
The item must fulfill the same functions as the new item and must be returned, at your expense, within 28 days of the purchase of your new item. All new electrical goods should now be marked with the 'crossed-out wheelie bin' symbol. They should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled. Please contact your local council(s) for more information.
13. Questions
Should the Customer have any questions about these Terms and Conditions, please contact the Company using the contact page.
