Scholl Concepts S30+, with new user-friendly binding, is a tried and tested anti-swirl polish. This high end one-step micro polishing compound with extreme high gloss finish is suitable for both fresh and used paintwork. Slight to medium signs of use can be easily polished out, in a single application, without leaving holograms. With slightly more cut than S40, this fine abrasive nano-compound removes a wider spectrum of moderate paint defects to a high gloss finish. It is great for scratch resistant paint systems.
Ideal for removing paint imperfections in the surface of freshly painted vehicles, quickly and efficiently without leaving any swirl marks or holograms, even on dark colours, and for scratched and dull used paints.
Thanks to its innovative abrasive components, this silicone free compound is especially effective on the new generation of scratch resistant paints and lacquers, as well as on traditional vehicle paints.
Recommended for conventional and scratch-resistant paintwork. Apply by Rotary (1000-2000 RPM) or Orbital (2000-10000 RPM) machine polishers or by hand (click on application advice below).
Cut: Fine (2/6) Gloss: Extreme (6/6) Sanding Paper: P2500
Size: 250g, 500g or 1kg
The cut intensity and gloss level of the compound can be regulated by using different polishing pads. In general Scholl Concepts recommends the S30+ with the Orange Foam Pad. It is also very effective with the Purple Foam Pad.
Do not use S30+ with extra soft pads like the Black Softouch Waffle Pad.
For awkward or difficult to reach areas when using a machine polisher, use S30+ with a White or Black Hand Puck. The ergonomic shape and premium foam of the pucks creates even pressure distribution, enabling manual removal of light scratches and swirl marks, leaving a high gloss shine on your paintwork. Use with the harder compounding foam White Hand Puck for defect removal and with the softer Black Hand Puck for finishing and eliminating haze.
Apply a few small drops of S30+ directly on the puck and a few small drops on the surface to be polished. Rub with moderate pressure, in circular or straight line movements (according to your preference/technique). If the puck starts to dry, apply a few more drops of S30+ and continue polishing.
Do not apply too much polish as it will build a lubricating film which hinders the removal rate. Wipe off polish residue with a soft polishing cloth.
The pucks are also ideal for removing scratches around door handles and other difficult-to-access areas.
