    The Positive.
Wow it really does bust brake dust. Undiluted it will remove the most baked on brake dust it’s insane.
    The negative.
If you use it undiluted you will use a lot to clean 4 heavily soiled wheels and 1 bottle doesn’t go far.
Use in a IK foam sprayer 5:1 or 3:1. Leave to dwell and your wheels will be gleaming.

P&S Brake Buster – An incredible foaming Spray Wheel cleaner which even leaves behind a rust inhibitor to help keep them in perfect condition.
It can be used neat for best results but this makes it far less economical to use and you’d be lucky to clean 3 cars wheels from a whole bottle, so can it be diluted?, yes, can be diluted as far as 10-1 and still be an effective product although I found I used more of the dilution which equalled the amount you would use on the wheels in the first place so diluting isn’t much of an economical solution in my opinion.
I’d still favour Bilt Hamber Auto Wheels over it and Wax Planet Aluminium gives a better touchless wash if you’re in a hurry.

Using it in a ik foamer might produce a ‘dry’ foam which will have very little effect on cleaning as it needs to soak into the dirt to be able to clean well, and definitely should not be used in direct sunlight or on hot wheels/brakes.

I diluted as many YouTubers suggest it does clean well but used undiluted it is expensive.

Using it at 1-1 at the moment. Cleared wheels that haven’t been attended to for over a year with no problem. Smells good which is a bonus. Will be using this as my default wheel cleaner for the foreseeable future now.
